ROSEBORO Mrs. Darlene Joyce Edwards, 74, 412 North East Railroad Street, passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at Sampson Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 16, 2007 at 11:00 A. M. at Roseboro First Baptist Church with the Rev. Roger White officiating. Burial will follow at Mintz Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Edwards is survived by: husband, Calvin Edmond Edwards, of the home; son, David Edwards, of the home; daughter, Emily Beasley and husband Jeff, of Greenville; two grandchildren, Jorja Beasley and Zack Beasley, both of Greenville; two sisters, Agnes Bunn, of Zebulon and Patricia Seals, of Seguin, Texas; sister-in-law, Doris Crumpler, of Roseboro. The family will receive friends Thursday night from 6 till 8 P. M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.
