Mr. Dan Pace, 80 passed away Saturday, May 20, 2017 at his home.

He was born in Dillon, SC to the late Jimmie Edward Pace and Isabell Brown Pace. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Frances Capps Pace and daughter, Sarah Marie Pace.

He was a United States Navy Veteran.

He is survived by his daughter, Jimmie Pace Ollis & husband, Danny and son, Danny Pace all of Fayetteville; sister, Jean P. Shaw & husband, Billy of Florence, SC; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at Hillside Baptist Church, 3807 Legion Road, Hope Mills, officiating will be Rev. Phil Lloyd. Interment will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park West.

The family will receive friends from 11:00am to 11:50am Tuesday at the church before the service.
