Mrs. Crystal Marie Carter Rice

FAYETTEVILLE Mrs. Crystal Marie Carter Rice, 31, of 926 Baywood Road, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2011 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at 4:00 PM at Stedman Church of God of Prophecy with the Rev. Donald Baldwin officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Rice was born on April 16, 1980 in Cumberland County and was preceded in death by her father, Ricky Wayne Carter. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Rice is survived by: husband, Christopher James Rice, of the home; two sons, Christopher Rice and Colby Rice, of the home; daughter, Destiny Marie Rice, of the home; mother, Rebecca Morgan, of Florida; brother, Michael Wayne Carter, of Grays Creek; paternal grandmother, Ruth Carter, of Fayetteville.
