Connie Arlene Couri

Mrs. Connie Arlene Melendez Couri, 57 passed away on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Funeral arrangements will be announced tomorrow.

Connie was born in West Germany to the late Carlos Melendez and Blanca Ramos Melendez. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her brother, Carlos Melendez, Jr.

Connie loved cooking and spending time with her family. She will be truly missed by her family and all who knew her.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Saliba Couri; daughter, Ashley Blake of Fayetteville; granddaughter, Karissa Dalrymple; sisters, Myra Lizardi of TN and Brenda Walker of FL; and a brother, Ricky Melendez of GA.
