Mrs. Cleveland Kate Von Cannon, 76

STEDMAN Mrs. Cleveland Kate VonCannon, 76, of 2108 Page Road, passed away Thursday, Oct. 26, 2006 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday October 31, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at Galilee Holiness Church with the Rev. William Maness officiating. Burial will follow in the Cumberland Memorial Gardens. Mrs. VonCannon was a native of Sampson County, the daughter of the late J.S. and Eva Mae Murdock. She was a homemaker. Mrs. VonCannon is survived by: daughter, Judy Welch, of Stedman; son, Harvey VonCannon, of Stedman; 8 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends Monday evening from 7 until 9 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman and other times at the home.
