Mr. Clement Edwards, 87

ROSEBORO Mr. Clement Edwards, 87 of 3181 S. Salemburg Hwy., died Tuesday June 6, 2006 at Mary-Gran Nursing Center in Clinton. Funeral services will be held on Thursday June 8, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at Harnett Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Virgil Davis, Rev. William Tew, Rev. W.O. Reiber, and Rev. James Weaver officiating. Burial will follow in the Roseboro Cemetery. Mr. Edwards was a native of Sampson County and the son of the late William Thomas Edwards and Vera Naylor. He was a Supervisor in the Plywood Industry. Mr. Edwards is survived by: two sons, T.L. Edwards and George Edwards both of Roseboro; three sisters, Lucille Hobbs of Newton Grove, Iree Autry of Dunn, and Eleanor Porter of Four Oaks; one brother, Claimon Edwards of Dunn; two grandchildren, and four great-granchidlren. Family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 7 until 9 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.
