All services will be handled through Saraceno Funeral Home in Egg Harbor City, New Jersey.  No local services will be held.

Claudia is preceded in death by her parents, Henry Charles Williams and Emma Huegel Williams; husband, Ronald William Loatwall, Sr.; daughter, Bonnie Loatwall; son, Ronald W. Loatwall, Jr.; and her siblings.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Harriet Locklear & husband, Perry of Fayetteville, Sandra McMillian & husband, Joe of Whitesburg, GA, Lillian Vespa & husband, Mike of Lewes, Delaware, Karl Loatwall & wife, Leigh of Egg Harbor City, NJ, and Joanne Christiansen of Port Orange, FL; grandchildren, Amy Schmidt & husband, Chris, Daniel Fullerton & wife, Dannelle, Kristin Gureno, Jessica Schoenkcke & husband, David, Ashley Campbell & husband, Sam, Lucas Moncrief, Thomas Luker, Chet Moncrief, Lance Locklear, and Jason Christiansen; and 21 great grandchildren.
