Clarence "Eddie" Whetsell, Jr., 66 passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.
Eddie is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence E. Whetsell, Sr. and Lucille Hargis Whetsell; son, Clarence E. Whetsell, III; daughter, Christina M. Whetsell; and sister, Maryann Maxwell.
Eddie retired from being a Master Diesel Mechanic with Cumberland County.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Tilina Whetsell; children, Edward F. Whetsell, Lynn Whetsell and Brooke Thompson; and grandchildren, Tristan, Caleb and Tyler Whetsell, Christina West and Briar Cox.
Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 6535 Clinton Road, Stedman, NC 28391.
