SALEMBURG Mrs. Clara Myrtle Mize Baldwin, 102 of 512 Laurel Lake Road, Salemburg, died on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at Mary Gran Nursing Center in Clinton. Funeral services will be held in Sugar Grove, Virginia. Mrs. Baldwin was born on February 7, 1910 in Chilhowie, Virginia, to the late George and Josie Slagle Mize. She is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Riley; one daughter, Ruth Frances Baumgardner; and one son, Ernest Baldwin. She is survived by: two daughters, Charlotte Herring of Salemburg, and Bertie Lee Thomas of Fredericksburg, Virginia; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
