Clara L. (Jackson) Sessoms

Clara L. Sessoms, 84 of Roseboro, passed away Friday, November 23, 2018 at the Gardens of Roseboro.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Monday, November 26, at Butler Funeral Home, Roseboro, with Reverend Billy Bass officiating.  Burial will follow at Roseboro Cemetery.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Harvey Leon and Callie Parker Jackson; her husband, Sherman Elbert Sessoms; and siblings, Evelyn Ammons, Bud Jackson, Coy Jackson, Hubert Jackson, Geneva Ammons, Betty Jean Melvin, and Beatrice Branch.

She is survived by her brother, Bobby Jackson (wife, Linda) of Autryville; and a niece and caregiver, Lisa Edge (husband, Jeffrey) of Roseboro; great nieces, Melissa Wescott (husband, Lewis) of Clinton, and Amber Monsivais (husband, Humberto) of Roseboro; great nieces and nephews who will forever remember her as "Granny Clara", Jeffrey, Kaden, Connor, and Kayleigh; and numerous other nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 7:00pm to 8:00pm Sunday, November 25, at Butler Funeral Home, Roseboro.
