Mr. Chilton Darrell Mullins

AUTRYVILLE Mr. Chilton Darrell Mullins, 75, of 6980 Hwy 210 South, died Thursday, March 6 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. He was a retired US Army Staff Sergeant and was a veteran of both the Korean and Vietnam conflicts. He was a native of Clay County, West Virginia, the son of James Ira Mullins and Rosa Belle Koch Mullins. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Oliver and Virgil Mullins and a sister, Pearl Davis. A funeral service will be held at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 11 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman with Rev. Robert Davis and Rev. Sam Gore officiating. Mr. Mullins is survived by his wife, Hilda P. Mullins of the home; brother, Bob Mullins of Ablion, NY; sisters, Irene Drennen and Mae Daniels of Ablion, NY and June Patten of Sanford, NC; seven children, twenty grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
