Mr. Charles Reuben Smith, 65 passed away on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at his home.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, June 2 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman, officiating will be Hurley Smith.

Mr. Smith was a native of Cumberland County, the son of James Reuben and Mary Lou Byrnes Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his daughter, Debbie Cashwell and husband, Michael of Fayetteville; his son, Sid Smith of Fayetteville; three grandchildren, Kayleigh, Madison and Cameron; and one brother, Walter Smith.
