Mr. Charles Arnold Fisher, 48

WAYNESVILLE, NC Mr. Charles Arnold Fisher, 48 of 59 Aspen Place, Waynesville, died on Friday, January 11, 2013 at his home. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Stedman Church of God of Prophecy Cemetery with Rev. Donald Baldwin officiating. Mr. Fisher was born on June 13, 1964 in Cumberland County to Delton Arnold and Patricia Brisson Fisher. He is preceded in death by his father and was a veteran of the Navy. He was a self-employed hair dresser. He is survived by: his parents, Jimmy and Pat Williamson, Sr.; two brothers, Jimmy Williamson, Jr. and Michael Muse; and one sister, Sylvia Mears. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman.
