Mrs. Carol Smith Williams, 74 of Roseboro, passed away Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at her home.

The funeral service will be held at 4:00pm Friday, August 24, at Peters Creek Baptist Church, 13176 Peters Creek Church Road, Roseboro, with Reverend Dr. David Bays and Reverend Greg Smith officiating. Entombment will follow in the Church Cemetery.

She was born October 29, 1943 in Sampson County and was the daughter of the late Jesse and Lula Mae Sessoms Smith. She worked as a Seamstress.

She is survived by her husband, James A. Williams; three daughters, Carolyn and husband Paul Peterson of Charlotte, Sandra and husband Phillip Jackson of Dunn, Priscilla and husband Mark Hollingsworth of Greenville; three grandchildren, Ciara Phillips, Colby Jackson, Luke Jackson; and two great grandchildren, Annabeth Phillips, Courtney Phillips.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 3:50pm Friday at the Church prior to the service, and other times at the home.
