Mrs. Carol Anne Collister Brown, 64

Mrs. Carol Anne Collister Brown, 64 of Goldsboro, passed away Saturday evening at home. Mrs. Brown was born on February 18, 1947, in Sampson County to the late Elmer B. and Thelma Collister. The family will receive friends at Butler Funeral Home from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm on Tuesday February 7, 2012, and there will be a graveside service at the Autryville Church of God Cemetery at 3:30 pm with Lennie Reagan officiating. She is survived by her niece, Pamela A. Monroe and husband, Gregory, and their three children, Paul, Amanda, and Casey, a nephew Donald R. Anderson, Jr, and wife Melissa, and their two children, Melinda Byrd and husband David and Jessica Anderson, two special great nephews Jonathan Anderson and Dylan Byrd, a sister, Eleanor Johnson of Goldsboro and her two children, one brother-in-law Donald R. Anderson, Sr. She was preceded in death by her sister Bobbie Joyce Anderson. Family will also receive friends at the home of Donald R. Anderson, Jr, at 876 Spring Bank Road Goldsboro, NC 27534.
