Carlton Anthony Beaty, Jr., 68 passed away Friday, November 11, 2016 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.

A memorial service will be held at 3pm Sunday, November 13, 2016 at Stedman Baptist Church, officiating will be Dr. Phil Spears.

The family will receive friends from 2:00pm to 2:50pm Sunday at the church before the service.

He was born in New Bedford, Massachusetts to the late Carlton Beaty and Marie Ontario Beaty. He retired as a Chief Warrant Officer 3 with the United States Army and was a member of Stedman Baptist Church.

He loved many things which include his family, church, his pastor, cooking and nascar.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Eva Beaty of the home; daughters, Carol Hussey & husband, Michael of Stedman, Amy Hudson & husband, Shannon of Stedman and Rebecca Beaty & fiance', Tom Antroinen of Yanceyville; and 5 grandchildren, Kyle Hussey, Kory Hussey, Hailey Hudson, Holden Hudson and Mckenzie Antroinen.
