Mr. Carl Hollingsworth, 86, was born on May 10, 1938 in Sampson County, NC.
He was the son of Odell and Emmaline Hollingsworth; He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Tom Hollingsworth.
He is survived by his wife, Norma of Long Island, NY; sons, Carl Hollingsworth, Jr. (Buddy) of Salemburg, Jimmy Hollingsworth and Paul Hollingsworth both of Long Island, NY; daughter, Tammy Palmer of Long Island, NY; brother, Eugene Hollingsworth of Salemburg; and a sister, Alice Williams of Autryville.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Matthews Cemetery on the Ernest Williams Road, Roseboro, NC.
The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the service.
