Mr. Brandon River Carter, 30 of Autryville, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at his home.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro with the Reverend Tommy Honeycutt officiating. The burial will be a private service for the family.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 2:50 PM on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at the funeral home prior to the service.

River was a native of Cumberland County, the son of Joseph Russell Carter and Regina Camacho. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Marie “Beth” Carter; his grandfather, Hilliard Carter;  two aunts, Julie Camacho and Rhonda Johnson; and two cousins, Desmond Brewington and Holden Soles.

He leaves to cherish his memory his father and step-mother, Russell and Dawn Carter; his mother, Regina Camacho; his brother, Zachary Reed Carter and wife, Kaylee; his sister, Jasmine Jones and husband, Jarrett; his grandmother, Kay Crowell; his niece, Madisyn Norris; and his nephew, Lucas Carter; a host of cousins and friends; Aunt Jacquie Gibson and Uncle Ronnie Gibson, Aunt Susan Hall and Uncle Brian Carter.
