Mr. Bobby Brant Smith, 68

FAYETTEVILLE Mr. Bobby Brant Smith, 68, of 573 Christmasberry Ct. died Sunday, November 30 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Mr. Smith was born in Cumberland County on September 23, 1940, the son of James Albert Smith and Louise Faircloth Smith. He was owner and operator of Smith Agri Supply, Inc. He was a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church, and in more recent years, due to health problems, attended Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, December 5 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Ed Rogers officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Nancy, of the home; son, Bill and wife, Beth of Fayetteville; and his faithful canine friend, "Sam". The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Friday at the church fellowship hall.
