Mr. Billy Earl McMillan, 70, of Stedman, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family.

A memorial service will be held at 2:30 PM on Tuesday August 12, 2025 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel in Stedman with the Reverend Neill Smith officiating.

Billy was a native of Bladen County, the son of Earl and Ruthie Mae McMillan. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Billy was a heavy equipment operator and truck driver for Fill Er Up Trucking.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Jennifer “GiGi” McMillan of the home; three sons, Douglas McMillan and William McMillan and wife, LaToya, and Jonathan McMillan Smith; a daughter, Regina Jenkins;  grandchildren Charles Jenkins, Zachery Jenkins, River Jenkins, Holly McMillan, and Nathaniel McMillan; two brothers, Wayne McMillan and Bobby McMillan; and many other extended family members.
