WADE Mr. Billy Ray McCormick, 27 of 6079 Deerstand Road, died Thursday, August 13, 2009 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 15, 2009 at Bethany United Methodist Church with Rev. Robert Faircloth, Rev. Maurice Lancaster, Rev. Jim Owen and Rev. Milton Little officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Billy is survived by: his mother, Gail McCormick; one brother, Shawn McCormick; father, Andy McCormick; maternal grandmother, Wanda McMillan; paternal grandmother, Reba Faircloth; several aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 until 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home, 6535 Clinton Road, Stedman.
