Betty Jean (Spell) Faircloth, 81 earned her angel wings on Monday, March 15, 2021 at Autumn Care of Fayetteville.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, March 19, 2021 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel in Stedman, officiating will be Rev. Brant Jackson.  Burial will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM Friday at the chapel prior to the service.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James Spell and Eva Fisher Spell; husband, Hicks Faircloth; sons, Anthony Hicks Faircloth and Gary Mitchell Faircloth; grandson, Linwood "Mitch" Mitchell Faircloth; and a brother, James Elwood Spell.

Betty was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and friend she will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her son, Craig "Fish" Faircloth of the home; daughter, Lorinda Raynor & husband, DeWayne of Eastover; sister, Charlotte Tucker & husband, Winford of Georgia; 3 grandchildren, Jessica Locklear & husband, Ervin of Saint Pauls, Brandon Campbell & wife, Lauren and Bridget Hensley & husband, Albert of Ammon; and 11 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
