Betty Lou Johnson, 73

GARLAND

Mrs. Betty Lou Johnson, 73 of 1033 Greens Bridge Road, Garland, passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Sampson Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm Saturday, December 23, 2017 at Evergreen Baptist Church, 9626 NC Hwy 210 S, Autryville, officiating will be Rev. Roy Hilburn, Rev. Donald Massey and Rev. Bryan Strickland. Burial will follow at Antioch United Methodist Church Cemetery, Garland.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday, December 22, 2017 at the funeral home.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert Bordeaux and Mayebelle Fair Bordeaux; husband, David "Buddy" Neal Johnson; brothers, David and James Bordeaux; and a step brother, Billy Faircloth.

She was a member of Evergreen Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughters, Amy Johnson of the home; Linda Faircloth of Roseboro and Mary Bordeaux of Garland; grandchildren, Tonya and Katie Faircloth, both were her heart; and brothers, Lloyd and Neal Bordeaux of Garland and Charlie Bordeaux of Ingold.

Services are entrusted to Butler Funeral Home of Roseboro.
