A memorial graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Cross Creek Cemetery in Fayetteville With Rev. Rob Wingo and Jack Smith officiating. She is survived by three children, Crystal Boutwell, Max Johnson and Ashley Johnson; a brother, Luther Johnson and a sister, Janie Smith.
