Mrs. Betty L. Allen, 85, of Fayetteville, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 5, 2025 at Valley Hospice House in Fayetteville.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 9, 2025 at Old Bluff Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Pastor John McNair officiating.
Mrs. Betty was a native of Marion County, West Virginia, the daughter of William and Willie Spencer. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Timothy Rowe; a brother; and four sisters.
She was survived by three daughters, Jaquatta Russell and husband Nelson of Albemarle, Sabrina Weaver and husband Stacey of Fuquay-Varina, Shonia Paris and partner Robert Weinburg of Stedman; three sons, Dwaine Rowe of Orlando, Florida, Mike Rowe and wife Karla of Gering, Nebraska, Todd Rowe of Sheridan, Oregon; twelve grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and two siblings, Doris Sossie of Oregon and Calvin Baker of West Virginia.
