AUTRYVILLE
Mrs. Beatrice Sessoms Spell, 87 of 126 W. Vinson Avenue, died on Sunday, May 23, 2010 at Haymount Rehab and Nursing Center in Fayetteville.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at Autryville Baptist Church with the Rev. Ronald Long and Rev. Richard Spell officiating. Burial will follow at the Autryville Cemetery.
Mrs. Spell was born on October 7, 1923 and was a native of Sampson County. She is preceded in death by: her parents, Alfred T. and Algie Fann Sessoms; and her husband, Wilton Spell. She was a homemaker and retired Owner and Operator of Wilton Spell's Grocery.
Mrs. Spell is survived by: two sons, Mickie Wilton Spell and wife, Deborah and Terry Alfred Spell and wife, Pam both of Autryville; four grandchildren, Mickie Brandon Spell of Little River, SC, Kimberly Dawn Spell of New York, Grayson Britt Spell and Harper Savannah Spell both of Autryville; one great grandson, Mickie Toby Spell of Autryville; one niece, Donna Steiner of Autryville; and one nephew, Richard "Bud" Sessoms of Autryville.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Town of Autryville, Wilton and Beatrice Spell Memorial Fund, PO Drawer 10, Autryville, NC 28318.
