Mrs. Barbara Ann (Carter) Thagard, 83 went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at her home surrounded by her family.
The family will have a private service at a later date.
She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to the late George Dallas Carter and Betty Jean (Withrow) Carter. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her sisters, Judy Paulette Carter and Margarie Arleene Hembree.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Henry Lee Thagard; and sister, Carolyn Sue Carter.
