Barbara Sue (Crisoe) Bordeaux

Mrs. Barbara Sue (Crisoe) Bordeaux, 80 went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 14, 2024 surrounded by her family.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at Sharon Baptist Church with the Reverend Tim Hall officiating. The burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 1:50 PM on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at Sharon Baptist Church prior to the service.

Mrs. Bordeaux was a native of New Hanover County, the daughter of Margaret (Crisoe) Riley. She was preceded in death by her mother; her daughter, Tammy Bordeaux; her brother, Danny Riley; and her sister, Beth Holland.

Barbara worked with the Cumberland County School systems for 26 years. She was a member of Sharon Baptist Church.

Barbara loved spending time with her grandchildren and her cat, Missy.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband, Mack Bordeaux of the home; her daughter, Tracey Page of Clinton; three grandchildren, Ashley Bedsole, Tyler Malpass and Taylor Hawkins; five great-grandchildren, Liam Bedsole, Kemp Bedsole, Nash Bedsole, Stori Bedsole and Blakely Hawkins; her sister, Marilyn Smith of Roseboro; and her brother, Junior Riley (Debbie) of Roseboro.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the Gentiva Hospice nurses and her favorite “Gem”, Renee.
