Ms. Audrey Faye Nunnery, 65

Autryville Ms. Audrey Faye Nunnery, 65, of Autryville, passed away on January 13, 2011 at Sampson Regional Medical Center. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, Jan. 16, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Pleasant Union Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul Honeycutt and Rev. Hampton Faircloth officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Ms. Nunnery was born in Sampson County on July 18, 1945 to the late Troy C. Nunnery, Sr. and Roney Mae Matthews Nunnery. She was preceded in death by a brother, Rev. Troy C. Nunnery, Jr. and a step-sister, Edna Earle Faircloth. Ms. Nunnery is survived by: daughter, Sandra R. Carroll, of Autryville; son, Robert Kevin Carroll, of Autryville; three grandchildren, Tyler Carroll, Brittany Carroll and McKayla Faircloth; sister, Betty Nunnery Bullard, of Raleigh; two brothers, Gregory Nunnery, of Raleigh and Kenneth W. Nunnery and wife Virginia, of Autryville; sister-in-law, Frances Nunnery Teachey, of Wilimington. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00 till 3:00 PM at Pleasant Union Baptist Church.
