Mr. Arnold Gene New, 71 of Autryville, passed away Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Mary Gran Nursing Center.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, August 16, at New Family Cemetery, Hayne Stretch Road, Autryville, with Rev. Bryan Strickland officiating.

Born August 28, 1945 in Sampson County, he was the son of Fleet Rose and Ealon Addie New. He was a farmer.

He is survived by his sons, Arnold Wayne New of Fayetteville, Delbert Thomas New of Roseboro; sister, Jewel Guy of Autryville; four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.

Services are by Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro.
