Mrs. Arlene Sessoms Hairr, 84

AUTRYVILLE

Mrs. Arlene Sessoms Hairr, 84 of Autryville, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Highland House of Fayetteville.

The funeral will be held at 4:00 pm Wednesday, June 14, at Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro, with Reverend Billy Bass officiating. Interment will follow at Lonie Carter Cemetery, Autryville Road, Autryville.

Born January 16, 1933 in Sampson County, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Iona New Sessoms. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Warren D. Hairr; one son, Jerry Hairr; and one grandson. She retired from Riverside Mattress Company as a Seamstress.

She is survived by six children, Janet Ladd, Joan Bullington, Joel Hairr, Darlene Lupo, Sharlene Ontiveros, and Juan Hairr; 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Tuesday, June 13, at Butler Funeral Home, Roseboro, and other times at the home of her daughter, Sharlene, 244 Starling Lane, Autryville.
