Ms. April Dawn Gowin, 34 passed away on Monday, February 27, 2023.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman, officiating will be Rev. Butch Condon.

April is preceded in death by her mother, Priscilla Gowin; her father, James Gowin; uncle, Joseph Sullivan; grandparents, Nellie Mae Sullivan and Woodrow E. Sullivan; and her aunt, Mary Allen.

April was enrolled in a Culinary Arts Program, which she was very excited about.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Gaige and London Gowin; siblings, Alison Gowin & husband, Jeff, Christopher Gowin & wife, Amanda, Daniel Faircloth, Austin Randall,  Andrew Gowin & wife, Danyelle and Jim Lange & wife, Anna; nieces, Lauren Faircloth, Lindsey Faircloth, Madison Gowin, and Khloe Joseph; nephews, Corey Hunt, Zackariah Joseph, Anthony Lange, Isacc Gowin, and Nathan Lange; niece, Elyssa Gowin; aunts, Janice Faircloth, and Patricia Brast & husband, Jeff; and her cousins, Ryan Ivey & wife, Kellie, Christy Ivey, Lincoln Ivey, Deangela Thompson, Dana Duckwourth, Amanda Conway, Jeffrey Brast and Rosemarie Sullivan.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the family.
