Mr. Anthony William Usalis, Jr.

Autryville Mr. Anthony William Usalis, Jr., 58, of 1852 Minnie-Hall Road, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at the Carrol S. Roberson Hospice Center in Fayetteville. A funeral mass will be held Saturday, April 12, 2008 at 11:00 a. m. at St. Ann Catholic Church in Fayetteville with Father Tom Malloy officiating. Mr. Usalis was an Army veteran serving in Vietnam and received three purple hearts. Mr. Usalis is survived by: wife, Sandra Anne Usalis, of the home; two sons, Anthony William Usalis, III., of Huntersville, NC and David Karl Gerlott and wife Nadine,of Fayetteville; three daughters, Nicole Lightcap and husband Patrick, of Richmond, VA, Hilary Usalis, of Philadelphia, PA and Jessica Newman and husband Chad, of Autryville; mother, Irene Usalis , of Shenandowah, PA; brother, Paul Usalis, of Schuylkill Haven,PA; sister, Irene Stetson, of Shenandowah, PA; 6 grandchildren, Kaitlyn Gerlott, Michael Newman, Christina Siegel, Steven Newman, Noah Gerlott and Haydn Gerlott. The family will receive friends on Friday night from 6-8 pm at Butler Funeral Home, 6535 Clinton Road, Stedman, NC 28391.
