SALEMBURG Mrs. Annette McLamb Davidson, 79 of 925 Corinth Church Road, Salemburg, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2015 at her home. The funeral will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, March 8, 2015 at Butler Funeral Home, Roseboro, with Rev. Bryan Strickland officiating. Burial will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens, Salemburg. Mrs. Davidson was born on March 3, 1936 in Sampson County to the late Orson Ottis and Lillian Lockerman McLamb. She is preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, Christopher Davidson; four brothers; and three sisters. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, James E. Davidson of the home; sons, Roy Jones Davidson and wife Sandra of Chesterfield, Virginia, James Lynn Davidson and wife Julie of Salemburg; grandchildren, Chris Spell, Ryan Davidson, Jessica Davidson, Crystal Walker and husband Jim; great grandchildren, Summer Walker, Cameron Davidson, Payton Walker, Ali Walker and Austin Walker; sisters, Willette Naylor of Clinton, Phyllis Herring of Fayetteville; devoted care taker, Olivia Alonso. The family would like to specially thank her hospice caretakers, Kris Mitchell and Carlee Cannady. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.
