Bryan Strickland officiating. Burial will follow in the Cumberland Memorial Gardens. Ms. Packer is survived by her father, Bennie Ray Packer of Fayetteville and her mother, Angela Stewart Packer of Fayetteville; 2 brothers, Kenneth Packer and Jeremey Mintz both of Fayetteville; aunts, Wilma Yarborough, Brenda Carter both of Fayetteville and Barbara Royal of Rocky Mount; uncles, Howard Packer, Jackie Stewart, Neil Stewart all of Fayetteville and Curtis Stewart of Florida; nieces, Kelsie Packer and Korissa Packer both of Fayetteville.
