Mrs. Ann P. Culbreth, 84

Eastover Mrs. Ann P. Culbreth, 84, of 2354 Tom Geddie Road, died on Friday, July 8, 2011 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, July 10, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Lafayette Memorial Park with the Rev. Herb Young officiating. Mrs. Culbreth was born on Sept. 17, 1926 in Harnett County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Roscoe and Dolah Mae Barefoot Penny; her husband, Stanley Culbreth and a brother, Olin Penny. Mrs. Culbreth is survived by: two daughters, Phyllis Steadman and husband Jerry, of Chesnee, SC and Karen Odom and husband Roger, of Eastover; son, Keith Culbreth and wife Fredda, of Mt. Pleasant, SC; sister, Fleta Wood, of Dunn; brother, Richard Penny, of Linden; five grandchildren, David Steadman, Lela Odom, Susan Anton, Chandler Culbreth and John Keith Culbreth; four great-grandchildren.
