Andrew "A.B." Brance Faircloth, Jr., 75 went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Long Branch Baptist Church, officiating will be Rev. Ricky Spell.  Burial with United States Air Force Honors will follow at George Horne Cemetery in Autryville.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM Saturday at the church prior to the service.

A.B. is preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Brance Faircloth, Sr. and Iula Horne Faircloth; and his wife, Joyce West Faircloth.

He was a longtime member of Long Branch Baptist Church, where he served as a Deacon, a United States Air Force Veteran, and he also retired from North Carolina Natural Gas Company.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Michael Faircloth of Autryville, and Joy Lynn Tallant & husband, Scott of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Christian Tuminski, Sadie, Miles and Dylan Tallant all of Fayetteville; sister, Dorothy Mae Baker of Fayetteville; brothers, Wayne Faircloth & wife, Betty of Hope Mills, and Ottis Ray Faircloth & wife, Linda of Hutto, TX; and his special friend, Faye Autry of Autryville.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Long Branch Baptist Church, 2868 Minnie Hall Road, Autryville, NC  28318 or to Cape Fear Valley Hospice, 2301 Robeson Street, Suite 202, Fayetteville, NC  28305.

The family would like to thank the nurses with Cape Fear Valley Hospice for their care and support given to their father during his illness, and they would also like to give a special thank you to his sister, Dorothy Baker who helped care for him and be there for them during this time.
