Mr. Alfred Leroy Colbert, 70

ROSEBORO Mr. Alfred Leroy Colbert, 70, of 105 Wrench Street, passed away Monday, Jan. 1, 2007 at Wake Medical Center. A memorial service will be held Friday, Jan. 5, 2007 at 1 PM at the home. He was a retired sergeant with the US Army. Mr. Colbert is survived by: wife, Thelma Colbert, of the home; seven daughters, Wanda Hacker, of Roseboro, Teresa Brown, of Swansboro, Kathy McNeill, of Winston-Salem, Rose Brigham and Gloria Irving, both of Clinton, Tina Jennings, of Chester, VA and Sherry Breeden, of Petersburg, VA; son, Michael Colbert, of Chester, VA; sister, Eleanor, of Massachusetts; 26 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
