ROSEBORO Mrs. Agnes Frances Sessoms Smith, 94, of 612 Mill Creek Church Road, Roseboro, died on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Mary Gran Nursing Center in Clinton. Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, March 17, 2014 at Mill Creek Baptist Church with Rev. David Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Smith was born on February 12, 1920 in Sampson County to the late Earnest Mack and Bettie Elizabeth Lucas Sessoms. She is preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, Buford Smith; one daughter, Donna Ann Smith Hayden; and several brothers and sisters. She was a homemaker. She is survived by: four sons, Larry Smith of High Point, Allen Smith and wife, Patti and Kirby Smith and wife, Cindy both of Maryland, and Carl Smith of Roseboro; one daughter, Kathy Smith Darden of Kinston; one sister, Ruth Carty of Brown Summit; 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 16, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro. Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W.
