Ms. Edna Mae (Rhye) Benton, 71 passed away Sunday, November 3, 2019 at Pinecrest Gardens Nursing Home in Lillington.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00pm Thursday, November 7, 2019 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel, officiating will be Pastor Joseph Earp.
The family will receive friends from 2:00pm to 2:50pm Thursday at the funeral home prior to the service.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Wesley Rhye and Ophelia McKenzie Rhye.
She was a member of Community Chapel Church of Erwin.
She is survived by her son, Tommy Cribb & wife, Kim; daughter, Amanda Packer & husband, Jeff; grandchildren, Misty Smith & husband, Robert, Tracy Reep & husband, Steven, Nathan Murray and Brittany Cribb; great-grandchildren, Robert Smith, III, Dana Murray, Bobbi Smith and McKenzie Smith; and brothers, James and Andrew Rhye.
